1. Eligibility

• Nominators must be 18 years of age or older at the time of nomination.
• Nominees must be residents of Stewart Plumbing’s service area and live in a single-family home.
• The nominee’s home must meet the technical requirements for the water heater installation, including adequate space, accessibility, and compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Employees of Stewart Plumbing, their immediate families, and members of their households are not eligible to participate.

2. Nomination Process

• Nominations must be submitted via the official nomination form on Stewart Plumbing’s website by [deadline date/time].
• Each nomination must include the nominator’s name, contact information, and a description of why the nominee is deserving of the giveaway.
• Incomplete or fraudulent nominations will be disqualified.

3. Selection Process

• By participating, nominators and nominees’ consent to the use of their names, stories, and photos for promotional purposes by Stewart Plumbing without additional compensation.
• Personal information provided in the nomination form will be used solely for the purposes of the giveaway and will not be sold or shared with third parties.

7. Modification or Termination

• Stewart Plumbing reserves the right to modify or terminate this giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, Stewart Plumbing is not liable for any delays, errors, or disruptions.

8. Disputes

• Any disputes arising from this giveaway will be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
